California court “rehearing” homeschooling decision
7 Comments by March 27 4:42 PMIn a WORLD Web Extra, our own Lynn Vincent reports that California’s 2nd District Court of Appeals approved a petition today for a rehearing of last month’s controversial decision against homeschooling. “It could be that the court realized it was incorrect on the law and that they wish to write a different opinion … or they could be rehearing it to firm up the existing opinion and make it less vulnerable to challenge,” Pacific Justice Institute President Brad Dacus told Lynn.
