   Does this mean that the generals are really fat gods that created and caused the cyclone to kill all the poor people in Mymanmar or were they just strong enough to control where it landed?

   Or are people blaming them for killing people already dead or are they blaming these generals for killing people like insane people blamed Bush after Katrina?

   OR do sane people think Bush is worse than these generals or just like them?
