Having God's perspective without trying to take his place is a perpetual issue with me if I am honest. Yet he lovingly calls us to faithfulness that is beyond us, beginning with small things. Luke 16:10-11 comes to mind. Heroic act upon heroic act until his salvation is completed in us and in the lives of others he calls us to serve.

Thank You, Andree. Too often we react to a comment or a deed in a way that is not the one that will create a positive outcome. I work as a supervisor at a correctional facility and I am constantly being approached (usually by inmates, but also by staff) about the idiotic deeds or words of others. I try to make it positive but sometimes it is pretty tough to get the job done. Sometimes it is best to not say anything, watch the situation run its course and offer encouragement and correction as needed.
